TRYP Fortitude Valley Hotel
Headed upstairs to Tryp a few times after a tasty burger at Chur and its always a nice place to head to. Weren't terribly impressed with the bar service which unfortunately leaves a sour taste sometimes as they were more interested in talking to each other than serving us with a smile...but customer service is always something to be improved so it's never something that bothers me too long. Great views and fun yet casual vibe. Nice to head to to show off the beauty that is Brisbane.
Honesly couldn't have been happier with this hotel. From the moment we got there we were treated well. We pulled up, someone came straight out to take our bags. The whole place is modern! Amazing, colourful and tasteful graffiti on the wall, modern rooms - the whole works. When the manager found out we were there for a hens night she went above and beyond for us when she really didn't owe us or have to! The balcony bar is also reeally lovely!

From entering the place, you can already see the place being very modern. Despite being quite small, they seem to pack a lot of new things here. There is a rooftop bar and a gym at the top floor (which is the fifth floor) and a Chur burger restaurant that opens until late and serves as the hotel's official menu (so you can call room service and have your burgers delivered). ...read more
