DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON TSB
After spending over $13,000 on a ute canopy from TSB, we are left with a defective product which TSB is unable to fix after visiting them over 5 times. We have uncovered:
- poor customer service, including avoidance of phone calls
- delivery time of product was 1 month over stated time, during which the company kept telling us "it'll be done next week". It also required us to keep calling the company to find out when it would be ready
- defective product - it is NOT WATERPROOF - you CAN'T DRIVE IN THE RAIN - the inside of the canopy gets wet and therefore causes damage to tools and stock.
- we've taken the canopy back to TSB over 5 times in our own time, their 'independent water testing' and fixing obviously has not worked, the canopy still leaks
- no offer of reimbursement for defective product nor driving back to the company several times
