I have been going to this butcher since they had opened a number of years back. The meat are always fresh, prices are very reasonable compared to the competitors close by. There are about 2 other butchers on the same street. In addition there is also Safeway supermarket within walking distance, however could never compared their competitive price to the likes to Safeway. Although these big giants have larger purchasing power they obviously dont pass them onto the consumers. I find best to support the local business, in which they are providing not only a lower price, but fresh meat. The only downfall about this butcher is they accept cash only, as you would know meat isnt always cheap, could easily walk out with a few kilos of meat (of course depending on what you purchase) $50+, which these days I dont find myself carrying more than $10-20 in my purse.
