I completely agree with previous reviewers that their warranty counts for NOTHING. I put in a claim for 3 separate parts, charged postage, and was given an unusably small amount as credit - no replacement product for similar item as advertised. I cannot even replace ONE item for the amount given. I would NEVER have sought to return my items had I known but the process is extrememly deceptive. They should tell you up front what amount they will "refund" you in the form of store credit so you have full information before proceeding. Now I can't even get my original items back. Chipped as they were, at least I would still be able to use them. I believe this process extremely misleading and unfair. I returned the email with my feedback months ago with no response except their batch reply. There is noone to help you solve a dispute either by phone or email. They should be reported to Fair trading.
I can't believe I now have to pay to replace a faulty item. Numerous reps told me that warranties no longer go through them. I was in Thomastown so dropped by the office where I once changed a faulty product in the past. Now I have to go online, create an account and put in a claim. Might also need to take a photo. A lot of hassle for the customer. They stressed that the cost is the return postage, the replacement is free. I'm not making that distinction as all I know is that I'm paying to get my replacement product. Another receptionist said that it's the same as when you order online. But in that instance I'm making the informed decision to accept those terms, and usually order where I can go to a store to replace, or buy something inexpensive so won't return regardless. I have just spent $8.80 to replace a lid of a set. It took WEEKS! Then the lid I eventually received is the wrong colour and doesn't match my set. Devastated!!! I have NEVER had to replace Tupperware before. This is so unacceptable!!! They have taken the replacing of items from the seller and put it on themselves. I believe because their products are no longer able to back the lifetime warranty. A warranty means replacement free of charge. I wish I have seen the other reviews below before making this purchase. SO UNacceptable. Tupperware does not deserve 1/2 a star!#reviewtowin
