I am a customer of Turnbull Cook.
I can say honestly do not use these people to manage your owners corporation. Because their managers change very often, they do not know what the rules are to help owners save time and money, they allow bullying to go on relentlessly.
I am not happy at all for our building in Toorak anymore with Turnbull Cook.
It is a pain.
Turnbull Cook Body Corporate Management have been terrible to deal with in the 10 months since I bought my place. On settlement day, I had an overdue notice for body corp fees including overdue interest fees. What a welcome! I have found their staff member rude and difficult to deal with. Actions that were agreed upon in our body corporate meeting several months ago have still not been actioned, despite promises for prompt service. Owners in my block have also had numerous errors with their body corporate fee invoices. This group need to get their act together and realise us homeowners are their clients and deserve better before they start looking elsewhere!
Turnbull Cook body corporate have been terrible. Complete lack of service, constant change in staff. Rare to ever receive a reply to an email or phone call and even more rare to see any actions follwed through. Zero rating for dealing with his company.
