Turnbull Family Funerals

A mixed bag of staff, some really cared (and I can not praise them high enough) while others were rude and inconsiderate. I imagine the experience is hit and miss depending on the staff you deal with. The room for afternoon tea is looking very sad and the outside toilets are not good especially in the cold or rain. They appear to no longer be family owned which is a real shame. I prefer to support true Tasmanian businesses, but would consider using Turnbull Funerals again.

I would have to strongly disagree with the previous comment as the staff at Turnbulls could not do enough to help ease the burden during this difficult time. Everything was taken care of and all of our requests were delivered. I would definitely recommend this company for the professional and friendly service they provided.

Extremely poor service from the staff at turnbulls, Cassie was the only one that was really helpfull. We were left to do most of the organising, we had to go to their office, we had to ask questions as we did not know what to do. On the day of my father's funeral they were late getting to the church, they could'nt operate dvd player/ stereo correctly, they mucked up the music, didn't hand out the order of service to everyone or get them to sign the book, left the photo in the church.I had dealings with this company a couple of years ago and they were terrific this time they just didn't seem to care. A lot of money for very little service. Will never use this company again.Think twice before you do.
