BAD SERVICE
Purchased a bike from this shop because I got told there after sale service was great. After taking my bike back to them 9 times the response I got was we sell bikes if you have a problem got to the manufacturer and look the number up on the Internet as we can't give it to you. Thanks for nothing TURNING POINT CYCLES.
You werent the cheapest around but had herd you where helpful. ?????
Fantastic service and Honest and informative of products in the store, Help me select the right bike for what i will be using it for! Lifetime warranty on the frame of the bike and first check up of my bike to be free after 6 weeks!.
Friendly staff would diffiently go back for future purchases and they also know their stuff!.
