This may not be the flashiest gym in tweed heads but it certainly has everything you need to get the job done. lots of space, plenty of usable equipment and great friendly staff and very approachable new owners. If you are looking to change gyms or go for the first time then this is where you want to go.
The best thing about this gym is the staff - very approachable and helpfull - not the stand-offish types you can get at alot of the bigger gyms.
The equipment is not the newest but it is clean and kept in good condition. They also offer great range of group classes as well as a "curves" type curcuit which is great when you have a bit of a time shortage when it comes to exercise. They also have great Personal Trainers when you need that extra motivation.
Memberships are about half of what you pay at most gyms these days and this place has been there for over 20 years! If you're new to gyms and a little weary, drop in and visit this one.
Tweed Fitness & Lifestyle is a great local business that has been in the same location for over 20 years. In this day & age where gyms pop up on every corner & then disappear just as quickly you can feel confident....they will still be here next year & the year after.....
Everything you could possibly want for your physical wellbeing is available & backed up by fantastic management & their staff. From all the machines,to the weights room to the cardio classes to spin bikes to the Incfit super challenge courses there is something for everyone. Come on people, get off that couch & join an affordable family gym....after a few weeks you'll wonder what you used to do with your time, this gym will GET YOU IN.
