I really had a bad experience with these guys, they missed out so many things on the inspections of my house and in the report they had only included minor things. the whole wall near balcony at front and back has shifted 2 to 3 inches down during years and they didnot even put it in the report. I asked about any asbestos presence many times but they didnot even wanted to comment on it or gave no advice. I only had a little knowledge about it, so didnot care that time. These guys knew that most of the house was made of it and not only that there was a huge shed only made of asbestos and would cost a fortune to remove it. but kept their mouth tight. i suspect they were somehow connected to my selling agents and both were having a good chat on my arrival. the ventillation in bathroom was in a very bad condition. Hello to you, my name is Tony and I am a Director of Twinspectors, I feel very disappointed that you took the effort to post this review without first contacting us. From the limited information and by virtue that you have posted this review without your information I can only guess as to your circumstances and motivation for posting this review.
Sincerely Jamtho please contact our office and let us investigate. Your review does not allow us to investigate the inspectors who did your inspection and report, talk to the agent involved and most importantly it does not give us the opportunity to discuss it with you. As a Person and as a Company we like to learn by our mistakes and if we have done something wrong or failed you we would like to learn from that and take some positive out of the experience. As it stands we don't know who you are, we don't know which property you are talking about, and we don't know the agent involved. Basically, we don't even know if you are one of our customer's.
My business is a mature adult business, we go to work every day to do our best work and sometimes when less than that happens (as mature and adult people do) we make good on the failings. In addition, if you fail to have any success with us with a complaint, you still had recourse to other complaint and resolution mechanisms.
We do all our Inspections and Reports to the Australian Standard and it has been our experience that our clients for various reasons do not take the time to fully read and understand the scope of our inspections and reports and the limitations of our inspections and reports. You will see that our agreement with you, (emailed to you on booking and prior to the inspection) fully discloses the scope of our inspections and the limitations.
