For a company that is paid to move your things - you would hope they don't dive through your personal items to steal money...(and a fair bit of it) - but alas, these are your guys if that's the experience you are after! The packing team of 4 hungrily picked through my gear whilst I was out of the room and pilfered through my personal backpack, taking some cash (approx $1000, but leaving some so it looked like they hadn't touched it). They also forgot to pack multiple items in the kitchen (two drawers worth), required multiple reminders of things I wanted to pack (uhm...everything, as I was moving), stunk of body odour and lied about the amount of hours they worked to their head office. ...read more
If you want a removalist that fails to show up (MULTIPLE times), makes excuses that turn out to be phoney, doesn't answer their phone and doesn't apologise, then this is the business for you.
Otherwise, avoid Two men and a Truck Canberra at all costs: unreliable, dishonest and no regard for their customers. I've used White Knight removalists in the past...highly recommend them ...read more
We ordered Two men and a Truck, and got one man and a boy. Apparently the other man was playing football. Needless to say, what should have taken a few hours to move us across town took about 7 hours. We lost a lot of time thanks to the unreliability of their employees. The company sent an email asking for feedback on the service, and we told them what happened. We didn't receive so much as an apology from the company - so not sure why they bother asking for a review if they don't respond to the information provided to them.
I am very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service provided. I would love to verify that we did indeed move you, as all feedback should come across my desk and I am unaware of this situation, nor does our business send feedback questionnaires.
