I would not recommend two wheel industries!
I went in there with an old bmx that needed a new chain and inner tubes, the guy that served me then tried to sell me a new bike, after saying that I wanted to just get it going to save money the manager said to the worker to just do the work. they gave me a quote for the parts but forgot to mention that they charge $10 dollars per inner tube that they changed and I dont know what the charged to change the chain or the Tyre but It came to $50 dollars for close to 15 minutes work. they never mentioned the labour cost the only reason I know that I got charged this is when I looked at the receipt when I got home.
I don't mind paying for work but not being told there is going to be a charge before they started or when paying the bill is just rude! also while writing this I see they have a goupon deal for a full service for 39 dollars. There are better stores out there that help people
We are sorry that you feel this way Samuel, the day you came in it was staff that served you, I was the manager who was also present.
We both saw the bike with which you came in, staff was not trying to stitch you up with a new bike, staff simply had concerns that the work you requested to have done would not have at all addressed any of the other mechanical and safety faults that the bike had, we do not like our customers to leave with equipment in such poor state especially concerning safety, to properly address the issues with the bike it would have been more economical to purchase an inexpensive bmx bike, Fully assembled, Safe, manufacturers warranty and with 12 months free ...read more
