Amy offers a professional and friendly service. She has been able to correct multiple back and shoulder complaints for me over the last year. Unlike some other treatments, Amy has managed each complaint within a couple of sessions so I haven’t needed to book in for weeks on end.
What I find amazing about the treatment is the range of reactions your body experiences; the activation of healing during the treatment, the feeling of utter relaxation as the treatment ends and the feeling of increased energy and mobility the following day.

I had a Bowen treatment with Amy as I was having a running injury/issue with my glute. The treatment was so relaxing my Fitbit logged it as an hour's sleep. The next day I could still feel a niggle but by day three it had completely gone, allowing me to complete the 12km HBF run pain free.
