Staff member was extremely rude and was more focused on closing early than helping customers.
Refused to perform services advertised on the Australia Post website (identity check) and stated his computer was already off despite being within business hours.
A definite kick in the teeth when you are trying to support local business.
My parcels are normally sent to the Mornington delivery centre, which is a few minutes drive from where I live. I'd recieved no notice about a package I'd been waiting on for a while, so I went to Mornington where they generously chased up the tracking number and told my my package had been sent to Tyabb. So whoever's in charge at the Tyabb post office hadn't sent me a parcel collect card. What if I hadn't had the tracking number?
To top it all off, when I went over to Tyabb, which during the week might I add is a 20-25 minute drive away from my house (due to all of the school zones you have to go through), the man behind the counter was very rude to me.
