Worst dealer in my 20+ years of experience. There was something always wrong with each service – I ended up with a need to perform a post service check (lights, tyres, whatever) after each service, something I never had to do with any other dealer. Often had to come back, parts were never in stock even when I was calling them two or three times before the appointment to check. Last time they told me parts are not in stock, I went straight up to the parts department and they were right there with my name on them – by that time there were no one in the workshop to install them, had to come back. Couple of times the car was not roadworthy after the service – like brake lights not connected, had to wait till they grabbed someone to have it fixed. Staff is unfriendly. When I told them, I won’t be coming back anymore, they “warned” me this will invalidate my warranty (not true). Switched to another service centre and couldn’t be happier.
