I was discussing a new Triton vehicle and in particular the trade in value of my existing vehicle. I took particular care to assist the dealership with the trade in valuation for my vehicle including sending up to 20 photos to assist the dealership in coming to their number. We agreed a deal on this basis and I was asked to come to the dealership to ink the deal. I was assured that they would not alter the valuation. When I got to the dealership and was close to signing up they altered the trade in value. It was a classic case by a team with poor integrity. Be very careful when dealing with these people.
Brought a new car from Tynan's in Dec 13. The before sales service was good. Plenty of feed back. Gave me a good price. However once I took possession of the car that all ended. Worst after sales service of any company I have ever dealt with. I had issues with the car and I have rang and rang and rang and everytime promised that I would be called back by someone. Never happened. After weeks of ringing and leaving messages and no call backs I had to ring and demand to speak to the management before I finally got a call back. Even after speaking to the them and getting one call back I have still had to chase them to get an answer. Totally dissapointed. Would not buy a dog from them in future.
Got txt message about a potential car, went in to have a look, had a test drive - loved it! Went in to sign it all up, only to be told I was shown the WRONG car for the price....WTF! Then I was told honest mistake, come in and we can do a deal on something else... seriously... no, should have complained higher up... disgraceful.
Apparently Tynan Motors don't want to sell cars to people in Perth. What a shame. I received one aggrevating email after another, and not once did the salesperson come close to selling me a car. I can't believe I found a dealership this terrible. The correspondance ended with the salesperson telling me "May the force be with you". Obviously this is an organisation that is professional. They will not receive my business or anyone who I value as a friend or family member's business at any time in the future.
