Tyre Kingdom

Made a booking for 12pm, to have 4 tyres put on an a wheel alignment. Was told the car would be ready in a few hours. After having to do some things rocked up to pick the car up at 4:30pm and it wasnt even done. Was then told we would have to come back another day for the alightment, which wasn't an option for us. They said they could do it so we waited. took 2 hours and 45 minutes to get this finished. I'm no expert but im pretty sure it shouldn't take almost 8 hours to have 4 new tyres put on an have a wheel alignment. On top of that, if you get a quote of these theives, make sure you get it in writing.

Absolutely shocking service.

Always helpful and friendly, great prices and a good range. They always fit me in between jobs and get my work done while I wait. If you prefer just wander off shopping at Supercheap, Repco, Officeworks or Bunnings to kill time, there's a Hungry Jack's and Subway just upthe road also. Great to deal with.

Cakes to see if they available to change brakes, they said to bring it in although won't be ready till the following morning, we called after leaving the car there all day to find out at 530pm they hadn't even looked at it, 2nd time it's happened. They just keep taking cars thinking we all have nothing else to do. Book in the jobs and stop wasting our time. Not organised at all, who cares about the price when there is 0 customer service

Arrived at 12:42 on a Saturday, bloke running the place was extremely polite and advised should take about an hour. Job was 2 new tyres and a rotation from front to back. Waited 1hour 45 minutes with the car on hoist and no work was done, wasn't untill I complained and cancelled the scheduled wheel alignment that the job was completed (literally in 2 mins). there were also several other agitated people who had waited considerably longer than us which must have sucked, after completion the staff were apologetic though which was nice. All in all you can't fault the politeness of the staff but whether it be booking in too much work or some other reason the job took a ridiculous amount of time and I won't be back. If you are going to these guys make sure you have some epic games on your phone. (Ps review is so long cause the majority was written mid wait lol)

Had new tyres fitted there today as well as a rego check.The guys were honest,hard to find that these days.Got a good price as well.I will definitely go back again,very happy.
