Had a set of Mickey Thompsons flipped on the rim with no rotation required. They flipped the tyres (good) then mixed up the front & rear sets (not so good), lost the steel valve caps & replaced with plastic (poor) marked the centre of one rim & a wheel weight came of the right hand rear at 100km as I was leaving town (very poor).
Very unhappy with customer service. i was travelling through the area and needed a flat repaired. They were rather rude telling me i needed a new tyre. i attempted to tell them a few times it was a new tyre and was only put on 3 weeks earlier. they continued to intimidate me to buy a new tyre and refused to fix a flat. I did end up going elsewhere!!
