I had been having major trouble with my rear tyres, scrubbing out a pair every 6,000 km or so. This was the 3rd tyre business I had taken the car to to sort out the problem, and the only one to correctly identify the problem and suggest a solution. They charged a very small fee for the diagnosis and were friendly and explained the problem to me in terms I could understand without talking down to me.
