Just writing to provide an update on the above - I have been impressed by Tyrrell's handling of the matter, being extremely helpful and professional. They were also receptive to questions related to the defects and in working with the developer. What has been provided now is a quality and comprehensive service, encompassing an inspection with follow-up communications.
The consultants are friendly, responsive and professional and I highly recommend this service.
