Nutrition & fitness guidance from non-certified trainers. Weight loss promises on strict paleo, dairy free, 90% carb free, non-soy& fruit free eating plan.
Gentle 30 minute exercises, not enough for fat burning. A lot of preaching, cut and paste life coaching examples from a young trainer who sends thousands of generic emails. (Simply read the wording of this listing!!) Not worth the money and support promises.
Enterprising but in no way realistic. E.g: 14 eggs a week and simply eat steak for breakfast.
