Purchased a $13.00 lighter form this shop.
Tested before purchasing in which the shop operator was rude and told me they work fine.
Hardly used the lighter and it has failed to work correctly. Called the operator and all she said was thanks for your feedback! No offer to refund, not even an apology. By the way I spent $120.00 in total at this shop. Beware, there is a lot of overpriced, cheaply made imported products here and the customer service could do with a spruce up too.
Spent a weekend at Phillip Island and decided to pop into town to see what they had to offer and some of their souvenir shops. This store is fantastic, it had everything you could possibly be looking for in terms of a gift whether for yourself or to take home for someone. Huge store, there were displays everywhere inside and on the footpath. From AFL pens, magnets, t-shits, jackets, thongs, beach toys for the kids to even the typical penguin toys. I must say they were much cheaper to get here than at the Penguin Parade shop. They had one of the cutest penguin beanie that I havent seen anywhere else, $6.95 with short ear and $11.95 for the long ears. Which of course I had to pick up one as a gift to take back, great to get into the whole theme of been part of Phillip Island. The staff were friendly and helpful!
