The boots are well made and are certainly warm. The reasonable price was another factor in buying these. Delivery was reasonably quick and I would recommend this company to any one interested in purchasing a pair of Ugg boots. Some adjustment is needed to adapt to walking in them due to overall size and a feeling that they slope towards the heel but once that adjustment is made they feel normal. Five stars.
I bought a pair of boots online following their sizing chart, received boots and my foot didn’t even fit inside of them. I emailed them to let them know and they refused to pay postage on return even though I followed their chart and got my normal size, very disappointing.
