Beautiful venue, polite and friendly staff. Great food, no fuss, nothing too much of a trouble. Would go for again.

Absolutely no problems with this venue. Great service, wonderful food and professional friendly staff. I would highly recommend it. I can't understand the unfavourable reviews as our experience was uniformly good.

Don't bother. Booked function months in advance, was promised a DJ and MC. On the night we had a Dj who basically did a short introduction, rushed the speeches and played an average playlist, a lot of the music wasn't even by the original artist. Food too was very late, ran out of one of the entree selections. On top of that the food was cold. Our cakes too had to be taken home uncut as they didn't manage to cut and serve it. Look elsewhere.

We had a communion at ultima reception and I can't express enough how bad it was. The food came out extremely late. The food was cold and tasteless. It was embarrassing for me for my guests as they were served food at 10.30pm and it was cold. I wouldn't feed my dog the food they served us. I would NEVER hold a function there again and for your own sake look elsewhere. I'm completely surprised they are still in business. Don't let them ruin your function like they did ours. Even the receptionist Danielle is rude to deal with. No people skills at all and she just can't be bothered with anything. Very bad.

My friend had his wedding here and this reception is really nice. The staff are friendly and the size is huge. They can fit over 400 guest in one of the rooms. The location isn't the greatest but there is plenty of car parks available. The dance floor is nice and big and the bridal table is in a good location. The only thing I didn't really like about this reception is the entrance goes straight into the reception, where as the lobby is off on the side. Apart from that, a great reception and very nice.
