They had such a large range of each I ended up being there ages
They had every major brand and we’re very helpful pointing out ones I was interested in

went to get some radio controlled toys for my sons , found james and daniel to be very helpful in purchasing the correct time
after giving to my sons its their new favorite place

Order on 15th December 2012, got a phone call a week later claiming items are on back order. Asked in January where my order is and was told item is still on back order. It is now 5th February 2013, no phone calls from them I have to chase them. Asked for a refund and they are telling me they will not give me a refund and maybe I might get my items.



You may loose your money. I ended up ordering from the US, within 5 days I got my items and it was around $40 cheaper.

Ordered online with express post, 1 week later still nothing and no phone calls. I called them and was advised not in stock. Over a month later with no phone calls or response to emails I called and asked for a refund. Advised that this was ok and would be processed immediately, 3 days later still no money, called back and advised it can take 72 hours to process. left another 3 days and then finally lodged a dispute with my bank. I would not recommend or purchase anything from this store EVER...

I've been waiting for 3 months, not that I expect I will get my things any more. They are almost impossible to contact and when you get through they promise to call back shortly but never do. I am contacting the office of Fair Trading.
