STAY AWAY. Also trading as Ezzy Interstate removalists. A week after our delivery they still do not know where our entire household belongings are. They have subcontracted the entire job to someone they owe money to. He won't deliver until they pay him the $40k they owe him. Seems We are weeks away from a resolution, in the meantime we are all sleeping on the floor!
Please take note: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They also go under the name of EZZY INTERSTATE REMOVALISTS as well. Check their ABNs, they are identical.
I booked with EZZY 3 weeks prior to my Sydney to Melbourne to take place on Friday 9th September 2016, with my belongings to be delivered in Mrelbourne on the following day. After the pickup I was told my goods would not be delivered until Sunday 11th September as they had to go to Canberra.
Communication with them became very poor, I was eventually promised a Monday delivery, which did not occur.
Tuesday morning, 13th September I told them I would be treating it as a police matter.
