I've have been using Ultimate since they first opened.
I have had a few unusual things happen with my guys and Dr Bob has been fantastic in getting to the bottom of things. I think they have a great service reasonable pricing and vets with loads of experience! I have recommended the surgery to heaps of friends who are also very happy with the clinic.
Being a breeder of golden retrievers you need to have a good vet clinic. I have found this with Ultimate Vet Clinic. Dr Bob is very knowledgeable and explains things well. His team are friendly, always polite and helpful. Thank you Dr Bob and team for the care you take of my dogs.
Took our pet there for surgery got phone call saying they found another problem and needed to X-ray. When I picked up and asked what was found I was told X-rays showed nothing and no real explanation was given And it was left at at.
Hi just wondering what surgery you had done on your dog? Did you pay for the xray ? Having a sick pet can be so distressing . I have always found ultimate vets to be more than helpful... I also have recommended many other people that are very happy with the care of there pets and found the staff easy to talk and very caring ... Infact I have a friend driving 4 hours to see the vet Monday because she has been to 2 vets and spent hundreds of dollars and still has no answers...
I guess what I'm saying is if you have a problem you should give the vets a call I'm sure they would be more than happy to discuss your concerns
Isn't it better to be safe than sorry? I want the vet to be totally thorough with my animals. I have 5 dogs and have been going to Ultimate since they opened and and find them EXCEPTIONAL. I'm there quite often as 2 of my dogs have on-going problems and I cannot fault this clinic. They go well beyond what you'd reasonably expect of a vet clinic. I think Ultimate is the best by far.I haven't found another clinic in the area that comes even vaguely close to the care my dogs receive at Ultimate.
So happy with the service! Took my kitty in as I thought he may if had an infection. He had not yet been desexed and I didn't ask as I figured they would need more notice. Dr Bob was wonderful and said i'll do it right now come get him at 2:30. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Will be taking all my beloved pets here for sure
