Evidently their service hasn't improved in three years :( Ill-fitting bridesmaid frocks, completed several months behind schedule. Partial refund promised but not delivered. What was meant to be an enjoyable time ended up being extremely stressful and time consuming.
Great products and great service initially until the point where they take your money and then no service after that. they are focused more on getting the sale rather than customer service. We gave specific instructions on what we originally wanted on the dress, gave us something completely different. Tried to ask for a refund but they refused to give any money back at all or make any other changes to the dress. Never ever buy from this shop again unless you want to experience being treated with bad customer service and given the wrong product.

We offer fashionable garments individually cut and sewn to suit you and your body shape, size 6 to 16+ in high quality silks. We offer express services within 7 days if you request. We consider this excellent service. Sometimes covered buttons are required so we offer a zip alternative if we cannot cover buttons within expedited timeframe. If we go out of our way to make sure we cover buttons within the 7 days (as original garment design) we consider this excellent service. Michael will always offer options if you are not happy. We do not refund made-to-measure services; if garments are individually cut and sewn to suit you and your shape. This service costs us over $100 each garment yet we absorb this cost. We consider this excellent service. We have read your concerns and we are happy to rectify the issue at our expense if you call the shop. Thank You.
We have tried calling them several times and have also tried to get a refund (QLD laws says we are entitled to receive a refund within 7 days of purchase) It's quite obvious, this company is breaking the law by not offering a refund. Even if they do have a big sign that says NO REFUND hidden somewhere in their shop. Customer service is still poor even when we tried talking to them over the phone. Very unprofessional. I would never buy from this shop ever again and that is a warning to every one.
