Bad customer service!! Very Rude and abrupt when I took my car in for the booking! Charged much more than was originally quoted!! They were friendly when I first booked a service and made a promise to take my car around the corner where it was booked in for the tyres to be done, they wrote down the times and everything and said it would be no problem at all. This was never done so I had to organise it myself after getting a call from the tyre place. I will certainly never go back to UltraTune Seaford!
