Ultra Tune Auto Service Centres

Took my car in for a service they called me halfway through the day and told me a bunch of stuff needed to be done, including my gearbox, tyres, air conditioning and battery. While I didn't believe my battery was going to die immediately I knew I need a new one, tyres I wasnt sure about so I accepted needing new ones. I said to wait for the rest, glad I did, I had another mechanic look over my car, they didn't do wheel alignment after putting the tyres on, my air conditioning is fine as is my gear box and there are no cracked hoses that they tried to tell me I had. Super pissed, don't go there even if your car is about to die, biggest waste of money and time.

Put my car in for some repairs. I had already paid another mechanic to diagnose the problem and knew exactly what it needed and told them. Three hours later they called me to say that they didn't have time to get the parts to fix the car that day and no repairs were made and I could come pick it up. So I went to collect the car. Only to discover that even tho no repairs were carried out I still had to pay $49 dollars for them to diagnose a problem which I already told them about. They refused to take the $49 off the repair when they get the required parts to do the repair. They just said they are a business and need to be paid for their time even tho nothing was Fixed. The staff at the desk was extremely rude. Nothing was done!! Avoid!!!

The cost of a standard annual service at Ultratune Stafford was very reasonable. However, be very cautious if Ultratune phones during the day and claims that addional work needs to be done. They claimed that I needed some additional work done on my transmission. Luckily I went elsewhere for a second opinion. It seems that my transmission is fine. Also, Ultratune tried to talk me into having my airconditioning serviced. My car is 2 years old. According to Toyota my airconditioning doesn't need to be serviced until my car is at least four years old.

After dealing with some nightmare mechanics is it pure bliss to find a mechanic who not only listens, they explain the job and also fix the problem. My car is humming so beautifully and it is noticed at the bowser.

It is very rare that you find a service center so organised and genuinely honest. The manager (Mark) is one of the nicest people I have dealt with and will go above and beyond to help. As a regular customer, I take both of our cars to Ultratune for their service and will not go anywhere else. Their prices are extremely competitive, and the service is brilliant. They even gave me a free coffee voucher to enjoy in the center while I was waiting. I would recommend them to anyone.
