Ultra Tune Brandon Park

Very very poor. Unfortunately, my experience was really frustrating and bad. Poor customer service, poor car service and the worst is that they will not even look at the car unless you pay them $80-$120. It's difficult to write a negative review but Poor ethics is the reason, i will not go back.

I have now become a regular customer due to their excellent service and reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend the business.

We have been hunting around trying to find someone can service and fix cars and is reliable and doesn't rip you off. Well we have finally found the right one. UltraTune at Brandon Park. They know what they are doing and do not cost an arm and a leg Thanks guys you have won us for both of our vehicles.

My car had a message 'Emission Garage' which basically understood as a fuel line problem, however the moment they started the car they indicated what the problem could be and after a diagnostic (for which I paid much less than the dealer), they informed me exactly what the problem and how much does it cost. Didn't push me to go ahead with the repair, but answered all my questions and eventually I decided to go ahead with the repair. Labour cost was less than less than 40% of what the dealer would have charged and perfect service.

In fact they were polite and informative, unlike many others who will need to refer to something before giving an answer or being rude to avoid answering.

We have three vehicles at home and I am taking the second one tomorrow for a second opinion from them on an AC issue.

This place is excellent and great value for money. I spent ages trying to find a service centre that was good value for money. I had a service on my car for under $200 and the manager provided me with a list of things that were wrong and put no pressure on me to have the work done there. He took the time to talk to me which is rare at these places.

I had a friend recommend this place to me and I would recommend it to you!
