Please, please avoid this company.. The owner sends unskilled workmen to your house and do a shoddy job. What should take a full day they do it within a couple of hours. And it shows. They collect your money and disappear never to be heard from again. And they have no QBCC license. They have now moved to Sydney due to the number of botched jobs in Brisbane..
Hi Edita, they are still around. The guy has re-badged as U.S.R. Watch out! They have gotten entire Kuraby in QLD done. They are shifting suburb to suburb conning people. Always check license guys. Never assume anything!!!!
Please aviod this company by all means, I paid good money for a roof restoration to only receive a leaking roof when it rains, no broken roof tiles replaced, ridge capping not replaced, all i received for my money was a single coat of paint on my roof. After months of contacting Ultra Seal and countless broken promises of turning up to rectify the problem, he is now ignoring my calls. The biggest mistake that I made was not checking to see if Ultra Seal had a QBCC licence, which they don't!
i have dealt with many trades people over time and can quite catagorically say dealing with Ultra Seal has been one of the worse experiences ever.
I have many pictures to show of a job done that the owner himself said it was the worst job he had seen in 15 years.
The driveway was done between 8th-12th June 2016 and was qiute frankly a disaster. Cracks not filled in,areas not covered to stop spray on fences,wood and areas of exposed wall not protected.
Surrounding peebles not pushed back and sprayed carelessly with paint. This was highlighted as deteriating in many area on 27/6/2016. Eventually someone came round on 29/7/2016 and power cleaned areas and put acid down on new concrete. Result was damage to new concrete and staining of walls after power ...read more
Hi Themanse, you are lucky he fixed up the job. He is now rebadeged as USR and did most houses in Kuraby. He has ruined my driveway and has never responded. The seal is now ruined because he didnt apply the seal properly
We had our roof and house repainted in March 2016, while the roof seal and paint was done to a high quality, the house painting was a shambles with no attention to detail and thin paint applied - thin enough that the original paint is showing through. Despite a number of phone calls and attempts to contact Ultra Seal for rectification, promises were made and no one showed up or once my phone number was learnt calls ignored. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone else, despite the no pay until you're happy guarantee.
