Stay away.....Ultrasonic Slimming is a company you want to stay far away from. They will take your money with a smile on their face for a service that you did not get and when you want your money back they will not give it back for a service they did not do properly.
I went for filler around the area of my mouth and was promised the world on the phone before I even got there. Sold on how is was going to look so different etc, how they were going to put this particular filler in and the results I would get. To cut a long story short I waited for over an hour after my appointment time, and they did not put the filler in around my mouth but further up... I found out later down the track they had not put in the stronger filler promised to me on the phone and when I asked for my money back they would not give it...I was told to see someone else associated to the business in another suburb down and this still did not ...read more
It is amazing that this company is still going and I wrote my review 8 months ago or more. They should be closed down.
I went to my bank as I had paid them with a credit card. One has 30 days to lodge a dispute.. I got my money my back a couple months later which was $750 in my memory.
I would go back to the voucher company and put a complaint in there as well they need to know what a shonky company this..disgusting.

Save your money and don`t go there!! They getting their clients from internet deals but that`s about it. I have been there once and never again. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. The staff member doesn't know what they are doing. I was waiting for my appointment an hour, most of the time the staff member wasn't even there and I was absolutely ignored by them. The technician who was doing procedure promising the world but clearly doesn't know what they are talking about. Unrepresentative staff!!
Absolutely pathetic and truly appalling customer service, if you want to be treated badly come here, they are all talk, promise the world and do not deliver. The technicians are poorly trained, and are just so unprofessional it is embarrasing. To get through on the phone has taken me a month at times, they don't return phonecalls, if you book with a certain person don't expect they will be there for the appointment, what a joke. I tried on multiple occasions different services to give them a chance but Ive been made the biggest fool of, bet they are still having a laugh at my expense now.
I purchase a 40-minute teething whitening session on cudo. However, it was a very disappointing experience.
The customer service is appalling. On my arrival, I was taken to a room straightaway by the staff without any explanation whatsoever, although this is my first experience with this kind of treatment. staff turned the machine on and shut the door left, leaving me in the room by myself. When the machine switched off by itself, I realised it was only a 30-minute session. However I was left in the room for another 10 minutes on my own. At the end, I had to walk to the reception with my mouth-guard on to get someone's attention. By then, my jaw was so sore and I could not handle any longer. There is no customer care.
