We had the worst experience here! Had to wait for 45 min both times! Cost us lot more
Than other places!
Staff was very unfriendly, the one with the ultrasound almost rude when you asked them for the DVD !! Made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome!!
Never went there again!! Our new place cost only $80 and staff are lovely!

I just had a very unpleasant experience here. After so looking forward to our 19 week scan, we were faced with the most unfriendly sonographer who made us feel uncomfortable and upset. Being the first patients of the day, my husband and I waited outside the small clinic, and when the sonographer arrived and entered via the back, eventually opened the front door a fraction and walked away, leaving us unsure if that was supposed to be an invitation inside. We couldn't believe how rude that person was. Barely looked at us, never once smiled, and basically acted as though was doing us a huge favor from start to finish. Hi Sara, I am one of the specialists at Ultrasound Care and I have only just seen your comment. I am so disappointed at your description of what happened, as we expect our sonographers to be gentle and empathetic, as well as being technically proficient. I will reiterate this with all of the sonographers again. We now have new custom designed rooms on the Pacific Hwy in Greenwich, and a new system of sending images directly to your phone (as well as free DVDs & printed images).
