UltraTune Castle Hill have a great team working there. They are very helpful with their advice and have always been readily available for me.

I booked with UltraTune to get my pink slip done. I didn't realise that my rego papers stated that I didn't actually need a pink slip but the guys at UltraTune did, however failed to let me know and charged me anyway. On top of that they failed my car, which I am now not able to register. I took my car to another mechanic THAT DAY and they said they would have passed it and there was nothing wrong with it. Don't go to UltraTune Castle Hill, they will take your money and do a less than acceptable job. Not happy at all with my experience

I booked my car to get serviced a week before it was due in. As I came in I was told I would need to be re-booked as the people involved were not available. I did not receive a call to be notified of this rather they waited until I drove 11 kms to the workshop to be notified that driving there was useless. I did not re-book and do not intend to go there again.
