If I could give 1 star I would. This garage has been unlicensed for the past 3 years, yet continued to operate.

I am now about to go down the legal route with the garage after an ordeal lasting over 6 weeks:

- Took the car in for a service and pink slip, overfilled the oil resulting in a car that doesn't work (the engine is completely broken)
- Ran a red light which I need to contest (after they were testing it)
- Received an illegal parking ticket which still hasn't been paid (whilst they had it in their possession)
- Awaiting payment of out of pocket expenses to rent a car whilst vehicle in the garage

Do not use, this company is a joke.

Just called and the staff was so rude that put me off from booking my car in for service. I'm certainly not calling them ever again.

If you want good service, then go to another mechanic. I had been a customer for 4 years , and after booking my car well in advance then dropping off my car I was rung up during the day and told they were too busy to service my car and I would need to book it again next week. Oh and by the way you had better come and pick up your car which I found over 100 meters their shop in a one hour parking area. Virtually no apology, despite the fact I have to arrange my work around the day I book the car in. Very disappointed at how they treated a once loyal customer.

Been a customer of the Crows Nest store since 2003 and can honestly say that after searching for years for a trusted mechanic and advisor this Ultra Tune branch surpasses all other service centers in quality of service, fair pricing and honest appraisals.

Seemed a bit pricey, but you get that. My car went in the next day after calling them and picked it up the same day. Good service goes a long way. I'll take my car back here.
