I am a bit of skeptic when it comes to be mechanics because I think I'm going to be ripped off because I am a girl. Jon at Ultra-Tune Fortitude Valley changed that.

Years ago, I was told by another mechanic I needed my CV joints replaced. I held off doing it then took it into Jon for a service because the location was convenient. I mentioned the CV joints may need replacing. He came back and told me it wasn't that at all, the issue was only that the wrong fluid had been put in at some stage and my car needed fluid specific to my car. He could have easily have ripped me off but he didn't. The car worked perfectly after this.

He takes the time to explain the issue and knows your name when you walk through the door.

Really happy with my service at ultra-tune fortitude valley. I found they didn't try and push any other services on me as others have done. The man at the desk was very honest and matter of fact and was keen to educate me about what else needed doing, but in no way trying to sell any extra services onto me. My last service was with mini BMW. Never again. I will definitely be coming back to ultra tune. An honest service and treated me with respect. Thanks for a very affordable service! Very happy.
