Previously had difficult dealings with this mechanic, but they have since helped us and come to the party to fix our car, which is now running well. Thank you very much to Michael and the team for your professionalism in this job. We are very thankful.

Bought a car that was for sale while it was in the shop being serviced and getting the clutch replaced. Advised no need for a mechanical check before we bought it as they had serviced it that day. Now, 3 MONTHS down the track we are looking at a full engine rebuild because the seals are gone and replacing the clutch which has never worked well. They also didn't do the engine mounts up at the end of the service which ended up breaking off. DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. They are either incompetent or deceptive. Either way, they have ripped me off.

I put my car in because the 'check engine' light was illuminated (this was only several hours after I had it in for a pink slip inspection at the same place). They called me during the day to say I needed new Oxygen sensors and they would cost $500. When I came to collect the car the bill actually totaled over $900. When I asked about the difference they said it was because they had run out of generic parts and had to use the brand name parts and they couldn't call me to confirm because things were really hectic that day. I was offered 10% off my next service to make up for it but that would still leave me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. I would have gladly waited for the cheaper parts to come in had they given me the option. I won't be going back here again.
