Thanks so much Preston Ultra Tune. On the Friday before Christmas my air con stopped working. It was hot, I still had xmas presents to buy and we needed the car on boxing day. Simon fit me in, gave me a free loan car so I was able to finish my xmas shopping and I got my car back at the end of the day.
I've been going here for years but have normally been organised enough to book in. This time, I needed a quick response and they did just that. So many thanks and Merry Christmas to you

Simon is Rude, I was gone there two times, 1st time I thought he's under pressure but second time I understood he's is too rude on the service, he doesn't know even how to speak with people,

Rude. I had been taking my car to Ultra Tune Preston for over two years. I recently booked my car in and booked a courtesy car at the same time. When I arrived the owner advised me that there was no courtesy car available. He was deadpan and unapologetic asking when I'd like to reschedule. When I mentioned (politely) that this had been something of an inconvenience, his response was 'yeah no worries' and simply got up and walked away. I am amazed anyone in business would behave this poorly to anyone, no less to a loyal customer. There are any number of good mechanics out there with good customer service standards. I'll be choosing one of them in future.
