Had a breakdown yesterday and the nearest auto repairer I could reach was ultra tun seven hills. They said the starter mortar had to be replaced, quoted $460 for it and 2 hrs labour $200. Barry told me that my car battery was weak and a replacement was recommended, so another $200 odd. A total quote of $860 approx which I found a rip off. So I called my mechanic he said the starter mortar with labour should be around $420 incl labour and it takes 30-45 mins to fit it. So I took my car to my mechanic to get it fixed, he also tested my car battery, it had a good reading of 95%, a battery I'd changed only few months ago. Had I gone ahead with ultra tune i would've been ripped off, let alone the wrong advice on battery change to make extra money taking advantage of someone in a stranded situation. I wouldn't recommended them nor will I bother to go here
