Wow thought we were the only ones. Sent car to these people for major service and a few other things. Car came back with a noticeable lack of power instead of going better. When queried about this the people there said that it was an air filter that either needed changing or something that didn't really explain the loss of power. After their attempt to remedy this, car was still not the same. I would avoid this centre.
hmmm sounds like they might have put a broken/faulty spark plug in and it misfired to the point where it broke the cat converter, not 100% but it can happen.
