Nestled on the picturesque Leven River, Ulverstone River Retreat offers two modern self-contained holiday apartments that deliver the luxuries of an ideal getaway complimented by all the comforts of home.


The loft apartment, located above the main residence, was designed with an emphasis on privacy and is accessed from a separate entrance. The superbly decorated bedroom has a large ensuite with bath; the adjacent room features a kitchenette with modern appliances, and a lounge with a queen size sofa bed and entertainment system.
All rooms display beautiful views of the Leven River. Two balconies over-looking the waterfront, one with a barbeque, complete the experience.




The Mezzanine apartment is the larger of the two premium waterfront accommodation choices, and completely separate from the main house. This modern private setting is perfect for larger groups and longer stays, as it is equipped with a full kitchen, washing machine, mezzanine bedroom, and a lounge with a queen size sofa bed and entertainment system.

This apartment offers breathtaking river views from floor-to-ceiling windows, or from the private deck equipped with barbeque. The perfect retreat.

Another option, only available with the Mezzanine Apartment, is the adjacent mobile cabin which has a double bed. This is the perfect place for additional members of your group who desire more privacy.
