Do not use . They stuffed my generator then as the staff stated it of being a cheap one and said this was the reason they couldn't fix it properly . Newsflash guys cheap or not you took the job on so fix it . If its so cheap then why'd you take the job on and charge me 350 bucks to send it home broken ?
How's this for cheeky , they didn't call me they text me to tell me its ready to be collected in which I said I'd send the mrs to collect it they then let her wheel it out to the car herself and only when one of the staff saw her struggling did someone come to assist . Anyway I get home and go out to start it and guess what it doesn't start in then call them the next morning to let them know only to be told that " we couldn't get it started because we can't find a service manual online to tell ...read more
Bought a brand new victa motor from bunnings in Warrawong. The first time we used it, it stopped working and the pull cord wouldn't come up all the way (was stuck). We then took it to Unanderra Mower Centre where they told us it'd take 5 days to be ready. They didn't ring us to tell us anything 5 days later like they said they would. We had to call them and when we did they accused of buying a cheap mower ($350 is not cheap in my opinion) & stated we didn't put oil in it! Oil was put in it, we even bought oil the day we bought the mower. They have told us the engine was seized, than said ill try it again and came back within 5 mins saying that it was blowing smoke! Not only were they rude to us, they created a bigger problem than there was and expect us to pay which we are not! We are going to pick up our mower and will be taking this matter further as I'm extremely annoyed with accusations! This motor had oil! We're not idiots, it's common sense to put oil ...read more
I suggest anyone who's planing on using these guys asks exactly what they are going to do to your mower and how many hours they think it will take . A two hour job has the potential of turning into a four hour job and when it comes back still not right you're then slogged more hours to rectify and told it was an unrelated problem that you can't prove otherwise even though that problem didn't exist before you dropped it off . This is the second time I've used them and the same thing happened so its probberbly my own fault .
I was also charged for a new rip chord even though I dropped one off with the mower still in its packet which after I pointed out was told mine wasn't able to be used even though I bought it from the manufacturer .
