Hello... My partner had just started back at work and decided to treat me to a night off from cooking.... Went to Uncle Leo's and ordered a $30+ pizza.
When it came time to pay the lady/ manager on didn't even stop her conversation with the other employee... Simply took the $ and gave back change with NO greeting... Thanks or acknowledgement of appreciation.
My partner tore up the menu in the car and we will never be back.
Also never ate the pizza and we had a terrible night fighting over the whole incident
Meals are fine,survive not bad.However when one goes there to eat the prices on the menu should be the correct prices.lf the prices have changed and there hasn't been time to alter the menu it might be a good idea to let the costumer no before ordering as happen to me.
l only found out when going to pay.The price was a lot higher than on the menu.When l complained l was told that on the bottom of menu it states that the prices could change at any time.
Fine,but please Let the costumer no. note taped to menu, temp note on entering etc.
Not sure if I'll go back.
