Didn't answer the phone directly. Went to message bank instead. Recorded message sounded rushed and impatient.
They did not keep to their word. I would never deal with them again. On a number of occasions they promised to provide some immediate after-sale service. When I chased them up with several emails and phone messages they flatly ignored them and never got back to me.
Found out that they have all the original tech data and replacement parts available.
Great service also.

I found this business very helpful in repairing my old air conditioning system. I also had no problem contacting them after hours, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, I will definatly buy from them again.
