I find Anthony Darko's review quite amusing. If you google his name, he's actually the Principal at Unicorn Accounting Outsourcing. Principal ? Client ?? is that the same thing? And does that support the credibility of the firm? I'm glad I'm happy with my accountants. Just concerned now that they're affiliated with Future Assist.
Stay away from Unicorn Accounting.
It took 3 months for a simple tax return, They didn't register me as a client, which meant I received a penalty from the ATO for $700.
Then they were rude when questioned and invoiced me for 3x the original quote I was given. When I asked why and offered to pay the original quote they threatened me with legal action.
Terrible client service and below par work.
