Disgusting service. Took them 5 attempts to get the alteration right. When I finally got to wear the suit as a whole, the jacket pocket wasn't even sewn and he accused me of unpicking it!!!! And the pants were too short after all.
Terrible attitude when it was their stuff up time and time again plus a faulty product.
I guess once they have the money they don't care, I don't know how the business survives.
Need to add to my review:
I haven't been able to wear these pants as they were altered too short. Phoned another alterations business who want $18 per pair of ants to re-hem, after I unpick. So, I unpick and see the reason they are too short - they incorrectly cut one leg too short, then sewed it up badly, then covered it up by not altering them to the agreed length!!!! Unbelievable!
Wonder if it's the boss or the dodgy seamstress who decided to pull a swiftly on a paying customer. This is an absolute joke, considered calling the guy back to complain but he would probably accuse me of cutting into it myself. Then considered asking for a full refund for the suit and pants, but that would mean dealing with an arrogant company who doesnt care. They should be embarrassed and disgusted, like me.
