If I could give no stars I would. If your insurance company tells you that they have employed this company to do your repairs/renovations tell them “no”. RACV employed this company to do repair works to my home. Telephone calls and emails were rarely returned. Some of the staff were rude and had absolutely no compassion for someone who had just experienced significant storm damage from a tree that came through their roof from another property. They continually and in my opinion, on purpose delayed this repair with their incompetence. It took them 6 goes to get the Scope of Works correct!!! They ignored what a structural engineer had told them had to be included. I ended up having to take the insurance company to AFCA and get them to deal with this. This nightmare went for nearly 8 months and is finally completed. The renovation that was to take 2 weeks took nearly 9!!!!! By far and away the most inept business I have ever dealt with in my life. No sense of responsibility or accountability. No sense of customer satisfaction. How businesses like this are allowed to exist is beyond me. A simple bathroom rectification is now 2 and half years old and incomplete. Unique is certainly and appropriate and thankfully there are not too many like them.

Clayton and his team were flawless from start to finish. The team were thorough and extremely clean. They were accommodating with fitting in our work schedule, all the guys were respectful, polite and focused on doing a great job at all times. Considering Covid and the ever changing requirements, the team adhered to all covid rules and ensured the correct social distancing, mask wearing and complying with all the covid work regulations.

This company needs to be closed down. They are deceiptful and unethical. I paid them a $500 excess insurance payment after they promised to do work they've been shirking for 12 months and was then told they refuse to fix the problem until I give them even more money to do other unrelated work. I realise now I'll never see that money again and was duped by a bunch of cons.

Do NOT use this company under any circumstances. They hide behind the safety net of the NRMA and are just waiting to rip people off.
