Very dirty place. Bad service, not worth the money and time. Bad experience ever. Will not recommend this at all. Worth colour and cut ever. The manager lady was there she charged me $15 extra for long hair. My hairs are not even past the bra. Hate her so much the ways she cuts my hair. She just ruined my hair.

WORST COLOUR AND CUT I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Do not waste your time or money! Under the bright salon lights the depth of damage was not immediately clear, but upon arriving home after 4 hours in the chair, my full head of foils was uneven, the highlights themselves ranging from right on the scalp, to 2cm away from the scalp...making it look like I was wearing a badly secured wig..crooked and fake. And the cut was lopsided at best, with random "layers" that when straightened, stood out in my hair like a sore thumb. Also I was charged extra for supposedly having "extra thick hair"..which I paid for, purely to get the heck out of there after a very long 4 hours. I did however question it, and they lied, claiming my mother (who purchased a gift voucher for me to get my hair done there) called them and was on board with the surcharge. Which was a lie. She booked it online and never called the salon personally. I CANNOT URGE STRONGLY ENOUGH, DO NOT GO HERE!

I have been a client of unique hair and beauty for many years, and will continue being so . The staff are extremely friendly, always running on time. My hair looks amazing after my colour and cut. The products are natural and great care is taken with my treatments.

Friendly and happy atmosphere with fantastic results! Always getting the best results with what i exactly ask for, definitely recommend this salon.

I have been to see Isma several times now for foils and cuts. She always listens too exactly what I want and offers great prices for regular customers. I love my hair now. It looks healthy and the highlights look natural. The organic products are lovely and gentle on my hair.
