Unique Mobiles

I have been purchasing from Unique Mobiles for around 10 years from when they were a small industrial unit at Sumner Park. I have always found their prices competitive if not the best, their delivery prompt and their after sales service excellent . I stick whit what I know until I am let down badly, and I am still with Unique Mobiles

I just wouldn't bother, the product I purchased was about $10 cheaper than its competitors, they only have the option for express delivery which you obviously have to pay for, it lists it as a 4 day delivery time on its website, and I still haven't gotten the phone 2 weeks later.

I attempted to contact the customer service team, they gave me a tracking number which doesn't exist, just don't bother.

Paid for phone and the phone got lost when transporting to a different state in Australia. Admitted mistake but refuses to return money or deliver phone. Near impossible to get through the call center and never returns calls or emails. Now I have to go through a long and drawn out process with credit card company and consumer protection and possibly a small claims court to get the money back, with no guarantees.



WILL NOT HONOUR YOUR PURCHASE/CONTRACT.

I use Unique Mobiles a lot for personal and business purchases. They are extremely helpful, the cheapest stock around and always updating their products and prices to be competitive in the market. I normally deal with Nick who is great and I always receive my purchases on the next business day, if not same day! Would defiantly recommended them if you are looking for a mobile phone, accessories or tablets. A+++
