Poor admin system means that your form for your appointment may not be logged in the order of your scheduled time, meaning other people can get seen before you and you are forgotten. Reception should tell you your place in the line, estimated wait time or if any delays when you check in but they dont. You may wait up to 2 hours even though you made an appointment. Very understaffed, quality of service is very reduced which leads to errors. As a customer you just have to suck it up! I dont recommend

I would not come back here again. I booked in for an appointment arrived 1 hour before. Got told I would have to go away and come back or wait. I went for a coffee came back. Then they let another lady walk in of the street and have the Ultra Sound before me. It is not right

The worst customer service ever. They take to many days to send the results to the doctor. I called them asking for the report of an ultrasound and the staff who answered instead of apologizing for the delay they were laughing to me and then they just said " that's not my problem, bye". Very, very, very upset.

Urgent results are always prioritised within 2 hours. Occassionally results may be misplaced at doctors' surgeries, leading to unneccessary wait times for patients.
